David Nicolls - Criminal Department
David qualified in 1988, joining Levenes in 1993. A Partner since 1994, David heads up Levenes' Criminal Law Department,. David represents clients charged with both serious and minor criminal offences. His department operates a 24 hour emergency police station attendance service, 365 days a year.
David was an adviser to the editors of 'Mental Health Law Handbook 2004' published by Hodder Arnold, advising on the relationship between the Mental Health Act & Criminal Law.
