Ernest Aduwa

Criminal Department

Ernest Aduwa is a Solicitor in our Criminal Department.  He first joined Levenes in 2005 as a Brunel student studying a degree in Law. After graduating in 2006, Ernest went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law. Ernest started his Training Contract in March 2009 and qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2010.

Ernest has experience in many areas of law including Mental Health, where he has represented patients at Care Programme Approach meetings; Hospital Managers’ hearings and Mental Health Review Tribunals. In the Criminal Department, Ernest advises and assists individuals who are subject to criminal investigations for both minor and serious crimes. He is currently a Probationary Representative and can attend police stations to advise and assist individuals in police custody.

In his spare time, Ernest enjoys listening to music, cycling around London and playing tennis (although not very well). He is also Local Authority appointed Governor for a primary school in the London Borough of Newham.
