Shashi is a Solicitor at our London office and specialises in Personal Injury and Criminal Defence. Shashi graduated with a BA in Law and Politics from London Guildhall University in 1999 and completed his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in 2001. He joined Levenes in 2002. He qualified as a Solicitor in July 2004. Shashi is a Police Station accredited representative.
Shashi's notable cases include a settlement of £95,000 for a trainee doctor who suffered injuries in an accident when riding pillion on a moped which collided with another vehicle. His injuries restricted his ability to stand for long periods closing the door to a career in surgery. His settlement reflected the likely future loss of earnings.
Shashi has worked on a number of high value cases worth in excess of £1m including a case settled for £2.3m.
Outside the law Shashi is a keen golfer and claims to have a handicap of 7! He also enjoys snooker and football and is a keen Arsenal fan.
