£30,000 in compensation for the Claimant, whose foot was run over in a parking space row
Ms AK was standing in a parking space at Brixton Recreation Centre so that her partner could drive in to the space. The Defendant drove his vehicle towards Ms AK, was verbally abusive to her before he then drove his vehicle at Ms AK and knocked her down. As a result Ms AK sustained personal injury.
The Defendant’s insurer admitted liability for the accident. Ms AK attended medical examinations to ensure that the injury was properly assessed and considered. Following disclosure of medical reports, the Defendant’s insurer made an offer of £25,000. Ultimately, the claim was settled for £30,000 following Levenes negotiations with the Defendant’s insurer.
