For many parents, obtaining appropriate home to school transport for their child is a crucial issue. We have considerable experience in advising parents on Local Authorities obligations in this regard. Whether a Local Authority is refusing to provide transport altogether or offering to provide an inappropriate method of transport we can advise and where necessary bring proceedings on your child's behalf to ensure they receive the transport provision they are entitled to.
The law relating to transport is different in relation to children over the age of 16.
