Whilst traditionally, the majority of public law work we undertook related to education and associated fields such as transport, we have been instructed on a wide breadth of public law issues.
Consequently, our extensive experience in Judicial Review proceedings and other High Court appeals has meant we have developed a knowledge and expertise that enables us to act for a wide range of Clients’, from individuals to interest groups.
We have acted on Public Law matters as wide as Judicial Review of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) to High Court appeals under the Road Traffic Regulations Act. We also have experience in Judicial Review of Coroner’s decisions.
We are only able to offer Legal Aid in relation to Public Law matters concerning education. We are of course happy to discuss funding arrangements for other types of public law challenge.
