For many parents, obtaining appropriate home to school transport for their child is a crucial issue. Whether a Local Authority is refusing to provide transport altogether or offering to provide an inappropriate method of transport we can advise and where necessary bring proceedings on your child’s behalf to ensure they receive the transport provision they are entitled to.
The law relating to transport for those not of compulsory school age has its own complexities. We also have a great deal of experience in advising students and their parents on home to school/college transport where the student is under 5 or over 16. We can ensure that a Local Authority is meeting its obligations and again take court proceedings where necessary.
