Senior Partner, David Levene, qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and established Levenes Personal Injury Solicitors in 1989.
He has led the firm from its foundation with the core philosophy to represent the victims of accidents. David’s motivation to help clients underpins the ethos of the firm – to maximise compensation but also seek to secure funds for treatment to help our clients make the best possible recovery from their injuries.
David has vast experience in all aspects of personal injury and clinical negligence cases. He has acted for clients with devastating life changing catastrophic injuries helping them to achieve multi-million pound settlements. Although David does not often set foot in court these days, he has a wealth of court experience including when he sat as a Deputy District Judge.
He is also the dedicated leader of our team of specialist solicitors, who deal exclusively with personal injury claims. David is committed to the cause of accident victims, fearlessly taking on cases that other firms have turned down when he feels very strongly that there is a case to be won.
Clients love him. They find him to be commercially minded, approachable, and practical with extensive legal knowledge.
David has an incredible eye for detail and one of his great strengths is his ability to see things that others have not seen, which often leads the way to the successful conclusion of the case. His ability to think outside the box is an exceptional asset. He is a shrewd tactician and fierce negotiator who regularly achieves settlements in excess of client’s expectations.
David’s outside interests include tennis and golf.
