Brazilian circus troop horrific crash with two members killed at A11
Our clients were part of a Circus Troop of 15 members. They were travelling through Europe and stationed at the time in the town of Great Yarmouth where they had been performing for the last 8 months. The accident happened when they were leaving England in order to fulfil a new contract in Italy and while travelling on the A11, near Cambridge, when their caravan was hit by a Van driver who was not paying attention. Two members of the troop passed away as a result of the accident and all the others sustained physical and psychological injuries. This accident caused terrible grief and trauma and although some of the performers were able to perform again, they never again performed as one troop.
