Sofia is a Trainee Solicitor dedicated to supporting the Spanish and Latin American communities. She has a strong understanding of the unique challenges individuals may face when navigating the legal system and is committed to providing clear, compassionate guidance.

As Head of the Spanish Department, Sofia has extensive experience handling a wide range of personal injury matters, including:

• Road Traffic Accidents
• Accidents at Work
• Slipping and Tripping Accidents
• Accidents in Spain/overseas
• Clinical/Medical Negligence
• Motor Insurers’ Bureau (MIB) claims – Untraced and Uninsured
• Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) claims

Her caseload spans from lower-value claims to complex, high value catastrophic injury cases, including matters involving severe brain injuries, which she works on alongside the Partners. She also regularly handles claims arising from accidents abroad, particularly in Spain.

Sofia understands that sustaining an injury can disrupt every aspect of a person’s life, often leaving them overwhelmed and unsure of their next steps. Her mission is to guide clients through the legal process with empathy, clarity, and expertise.

She holds an LLB in Law and Criminology from Nottingham Trent University and is currently completing a master’s degree in law.

Outside of work, Sofia enjoys travelling, reading novels, and following football and Spanish and Latin American Formula 1 drivers. Her interest in the sport has also sparked a growing passion for Motorsport Law. She is actively involved in community-focused initiatives and welcomes suggestions for new projects that support the communities she represents.
