Our clients were part of a Circus Troop of 15 members. They were travelling through Europe and stationed at the time in the town of Great Yarmouth where they had been performing for the last 8 months. The accident happened when they were leaving England in order to fulfil a new contract in Italy and while travelling on the A11, near Cambridge, when their caravan was hit by a Van driver who was not paying attention. Two members of the troop passed away as a result of the accident and all the others sustained physical and psychological injuries.
