Martyna completed a law degree at University of Surrey in 2022. In July 2024, she successfully completed the legal practice course (LPC) with a master’s in law at the University of Law. Martyna is now a Trainee Solicitor having initially joined the firm in October 2024 as a Paralegal. Her future aspiration is to become a solicitor specialising in personal injury.

Martyna’s journey and interest into personal injury started by studying tort law at university and completing an elective module in personal injury and clinical negligence during her postgraduate studies. She is building her career in personal injury as she is passionate about advocating for individuals who have suffered hardship at the hands of others, while taking on a sympathetic approach.

Martyna deals with a variety of personal injury claims, including; Road Traffic Accidents, Accidents at Work, Slipping and Tripping Accidents and some Clinical Negligence claims.

Whilst working on her own caseload, she works alongside experienced solicitors and partners at Levenes.
